The Attack of the Killer Tomatoes and Squash and Beans

Well, it's happened...our plants are growing like weeds...among the weeds sometimes. The sun and rain and fertilizer are working....check out the pictures from the greenhouse with this post.

We cut up a bunch of old nylons (had to search to find them....don't wear those anymore in my retirement) and tied up the tomatoes that were sprawling all over the ground. First the ones in my outside garden and then the over-acheivers in the greenhouse.  Looks like a bumper crop even though we consider this summer a 'test garden'...

The squash are growing as are the watermelon and pumpkins....and beans...beans everywhere...guess what we're having for supper tonight? Fresh veggies...

Anyway, see if you can find Farmer Gene in the greenhouse? He's nearly hidden amongst the beans which are growing as high as the ceiling. It's fun. And the bees love it in the greenhouse...
